• Direct deposit is the primary/preferred option for rent payments

• Rent may also be paid by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check.

• No personal checks will be accepted after one (1) non-sufficient funds (NSF) check
  

Maintenance/Repairs

• Please complete a Tenant Work Order online or send us an email.

• When making a request, be specific about the problem and remember to include your name, address, and the best number(s) to reach you.

• Please secure any pets in the home in anticipation of the repair vendor’s arrival.

• Gatehouse Properties will not reimburse tenants for repair expenses that do not have prior approval from our office.
